On arrival, you must pay a deposit of €150, which will be returned to you when you leave, after the apartment has been checked.
We will check the apartment between 8am and 10 am on the day of your departure.
Arrival and departure times: Your stay can start from 4pm on the day of arrival and end from 10am on departure, unless specifically agreed otherwise. The rooms will be checked between 8am and 10am on your departure day. On arrival, each guest will be asked to leave a valid identity document at the reception for registration.
No smoking: it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms or the common areas.
Television volume: please keep the television and any other music equipment low out of respect of the general peace and quiet, especially during rest time: from 2pm to 4pm and from 9pm to 9am.
Television remote control and apartment keys.
The television remote control and the keys to the apartment will be handed to you after you have paid for your stay and left a deposit of €150, which will be returned to you after the apartment has been checked (see above).
Rules regarding non resident guests: during the day, please register the presence of friends and relations at the reception. It is severely forbidden to bring non resident guests into any area of the residence during the night.
Access to the rooms and to the common areas of the residence is not permitted to non residents or anyone not registered or whose identity document has not previously been seen by the management.
