The building of the Residence La Fattoria

goes bahl to the XVI century. It was built with material used in that time such as local stones and marble.

Originally "la fattoria" was inhabited by the farmers working in the country nearby.

This is the reason why we found the cowhause and the barn when we bought the house in the 1960

After that we started restructure the building till 1990 when we built a big swimmimg pool, a parking area and a playgraund

The residence offers now a pleasant homely atmosphere with is 17 flats from 2 till 6 beds in the quiet of the country near the lake.
