Situated in the historic centre of Arco, “Alla Lega” is a reference point for good food. It has a reputation as a place that values the order gastronomic traditions of the Alto Garda region. The location, in the house of the Counts of Arco, built at the beginning of the sixteenth century, is noteworthy architechturally for its frescoes rooms and courtyard of the period.

Founded by "Mamma Andreina" in 1956, the management has seen three generation in the kitchen but has always sought not to lose her vision of "the search for good traditional tastes". “Alla Lega” uses the produce of the region with its rich flavours. For this reason one will always find the "carne salada", using cured and cooked meats with borlotti beans, marinated trout, tripe in a broth, barley soup Trentina style, spinach dumplings with melted butter and sage, pasta with hare sauce, rabbit or deer with polenta and mushrooms and at the end carrot cake and apple strudel.
