In the main little square of Montinelle suburb, after having passed by the huge public parking lot and going through the beautiful gates, you may leave your car in the green of our private garden. The restaurant is in front of You and you will be able to reach it in just a few steps walking through cranesbills and hydrangeas. While peacefully sitting inside the big, elegant summer veranda, or in the big hall made of huge glass windows, you can enjoy this peaceful angle which offers a wonderful view over the olive trees and the lake, with many flowers decorating the terrace which during summer nights never fail, while the sky colours itself thanks to the sunset and to the thousands of lights lit around the lake.

The best cuisine is obviously evolving and is never static and repetitive, but here we would like to remind some of the plates which have made Capriccio’s “history” and have marked the phases of our creative path, such as parmesan eggplants, fresh pasta tagliolinis with shelled lobster or semolina quadruccis with salted anchovies from Garda, fished bass prepared with sea salted crust Garda and much more.
Many of these belong to the past and are no longer suggested, while some have transformed themselves and are revisited according to today’s natural bent and sensibility according to the idea of a kitchen which is constantly changing while are close to it. |
