Here at Antica Trattoria La Speranzina we are deeply convinced that the final outcome of a recipe starts in the choice of ingredients. Therefore we pay great attention when selecting and buying the raw materials used in preparing the dishes included in our menu. As well as using only top quality products , we have our own philosophy regarding the preparation of the dishes we propose to our patrons. We are conservative and innovative at the same time. In fact, we want to maintain typical recipes and at the same time we love to explore the possibilities offered by the new trends in modern cuisine. This means using the same ingredients proposed by tradition but following new methods in blending them. Our specialities thus maintain all the flavours which blend together almost "ethereally" . We lighten our recipes so they are more delicate to the palate, allowing you to enjoy the taste to the full and appreciate the flavour of all the ingredients. The presentation of the dishes is dedicated to aesthetes of culinary art. Every one of our dishes has its own choreography making it unique. |
