Giancarlo Perbellini’s intention is trying to let his guests experience the same emotions, even if with different ways and techniques.

It is an engaging challenge that only the passion for his job can stimulate. His wife Paola is the manager of the salon, while Piero Scola and Omar Brembilla have been in charge of the family restaurant for 18 years as well as of another two little simple pearls in Verona which are “Capitan della Cittadella” (a small restaurant serving fish) and “Du de Cope” pizza place (only 14 pizza places looking for high quality ingredients).
 


Legend: all restaurants suggested are carefully selected, offering an excellent quality relation according to the category which they are part of. The number of cooks makes a restaurant easy to be categorized according to services and to the price of a standard order and should not be confused with the score assigned according to the kitchen’s quality.
