Our story is a very old since during the first half of the XIV century we already were a staging post which allowed passengers changing horses to stop and relax at.

The kitchen suggests a series of traditional local dishes which, for many years, were considered the "Stella d'Italia’s war-horse" and some particular interesting novelties.

So you may want to start from the classical Burgundian snails or from pike with sauce and mash, hand-cut ham or salami with figs;
and then typical thin roll tortellinis filled with meat or leek made tortellinis with truffle, or a taste of risotto made with tench and aromatic herbs.
As a second course you can choose from grilled lake fish (among all, in particular, delicate whitefish) or one of the meats: sliced beef, green-pepper tenderloin, or the delicious veal’s cheek prepared with amarone.
