The Agritourism Cervano is a complex of two houses immersed in green fields with a splendid view of Lake Garda, at the center of Park Alto Garda Bresciano. It is located in the outskirts of Toscolano at about 300 meters above sea level. The antique farm house includes a section that has been completely renovated in 2004 and converted into a quality Bed & Breakfast. The farm house, formerly inhabited by farm families, has maintained its original 'fortress' form. The landscape is rural because it essentially remained as it was in the early nineteenth century, and the roads leading to it are still in red rock or clay surface. Nearby, there are almond, fig and pomegranate trees, in addition to the many olive trees and grapevines. The apartments of Agritourism Cervano are furnished in the style of the home, where possible, with original nineteenth century furniture, or otherwise, with the best products of Italian design. Almost all of the window views overlook the lake. They consist of a bedroom and living room that can be used as a second bedroom with en suite facilities. And upon request, it is possible to use the communal kitchen. All of the apartments have ADSL internet connection. The facilities include ecological air conditioning (based on air flow and a solar panel system). The running water is also supplied from a natural source that flows from a hillside 500 meters from the house. Between Cervano and Lake Garda, there is a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Golf Bogliaco. Nearby, there is a nineteenth-century balustrade and gazebo with a splendid view that extends over the entire lake and golf course.
