A completely furnished apartment of 90 sq. meters, open all year, situated in the town center, on the first floor of a refined building with only 6 units. It consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Complete with multimedia (Wi-Fi, color television), household appliances (vacuum cleaner, hair dryer), 4 burner stove, oven, fridge and freezer, tableware and accessories (double sofa bed in the living room). The price includes: consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen, towels and heating during the winter season. The fee for the final cleaning of the apartment is 30 Euro. Parking: parking nearby or a reserved parking space by request for a fee. A deposit of 30% is required 30 days before the arrival date and the balance paid in full on arrival. An insurance deposit of 100 euro for damages must also be paid but will be returned at the end of the stay. Check-in is after 2:00 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Pets are not allowed. It is ideal for its convenient location which is a 5 minute walk from all the local services (super-market, bus station, port, pharmacy, ferry dock) and also ideal for shopping, relaxing on the lakefront and/or beaches, hiking in the hinterland, and visiting cities such as, Venice, Verona, Brescia, the Spas, Gardaland, Caneva and Monte Baldo, with the possibility of hiking and nature trails.
