The house was originally built in 1895 by the church of Verona as a seminary and a summer residence for the bishop.
The house was build following the underground water supplies, the main walls are above these pipes and none of the rooms which are in their originl position, are crossed by the water lines, the beds in every room are placed with respect to these lines.

Each room is provided by an automatic cut-off switch, so that all electrical cable distributed into the room, are always disconnected automatically unless used. The only electric line always connected is the mini bar supply; his line can be isolated manually if is wished.

All building materials used are natural and were has been possible.

The water available in the house is from a natural source and it is treated with a magnetic field which make the water diuretic and light.
