La Zerla is an antique restored farmhouse located on the hills near Bardolino, immersed in the green of olive trees and vineyards, with a spacious garden. Several of the accommodations are at the nineteenth-century manor house (Rustico) and the others in the adjoining building (Casa Principale) once used as a barn. The rooms of the 'Casa Principale', a result of the property's first renovation, are furnished in a rustic style. They are on the first floor and some of them overlook the garden with a view of Lake Garda. The rooms of the 'Rustico' instead were derived from the most recent renovation and are situated on two levels; the ground floor and first floor. All of the rooms on the first floor overlook the garden with a splendid view of Lake Garda. All of the rooms of La Zerla are bright, cozy, with exposed beams and modernly furnished with every comfort: private bathroom, independent air conditioning and heating, direct telephone line, color TV, mini-bar and safe. In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet is served. There is spacious private parking and a garage for bicycles available. There is a free Internet point available during normal operating hours. We are open all year. The nineteenth-century rural homestead has belonged to the Andreoli family since 1928; it is still family owned and run with passion by Germano and Ivano Andreoli.
