Description	The flat is located on the hills between Lake Garda and Monte Baldo – 5 minutes by car from the romantic historical town of Malcesine and its beaches. If you choose to walk trough the lovely paths on the hills, in the middle of olive trees instead, it will only take you 20 minutes by foot to reach the beach or the town centre. We are also 5 minutes away by car (or 20 minutes by foot) from the panoramic lift that will take you to the very top of Mount Baldo where you can admire the breathtaking unique landscape, go trekking, do some nordic walking, paragliding... and finally eat some delicious home made local food at the refuge's restaurant. If you love nature you will never get bored of Mount Baldo: it is so extraordinarily rich of different plants and flowers species that has been called 'the Garden of Europe'. We only have two flats and they share a private garden where you can chill, tan, barbecue, swim in our private swimming pool, these facilities are to be used exclusively by the residents of the two flats so you can enjoy them anytime with peace and quiet. The garden also features a specious dining table complete with a big sun umbrella and two historic prune trees for those of you who prefer to chill in the shade during the hottest hours. We also have free wi-fi. STUDIO FLAT featuring: open space kitchen, balcony with view on the lake and mountains, double bed, (with possibility of adding an extra single bed for a kid or friend), common batroom with bathtub / shower.
