Residence Atlantide is a brand new residence inaugurated in May 2009 that overlooks Lake Garda, separated only by the Garda road. It is located just 200 meters from the center of Assenza di Brenzone. The complex consists of 4 separate structures with terraces for a total of 46 spacious two-room and three-room apartments, arranged on the ground floor and first and second floors. They are all furnished in a modern and functional style. Each apartment offers the following amenities: furnished balcony or terrace, air conditioning and/or heating, safe, telephone, satellite TV, kitchenette with fridge, 3/4 electric burners, dishwasher, coffee maker and a bathroom with a shower. The two-room apartments can accommodate 2 to 5 people. They have a living room with a kitchenette and a single or double sofa bed, and an additional single bed (if necessary), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom (some accessible directly from the room), from 35 to 55 sq. meters. The three-room apartments can accommodate 3 to 7 people, some located on 2 levels, and have a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, an extra single bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a single bed or 2 single beds, 1 or 2 bathrooms (some accessible directly from the room), from 40 to 72 sq. meters. Inside the Residence Atlantide, our guests will find the (14 x 9.5 meter) swimming pool for enjoy the view of Lake while comfortably immersed in the water or for sunbathing on the surrounding sun beds. The restaurant of the Residence is at our guests' disposal for enjoying the flavors of great Italian food and wine or a great pizza. A garage car space is guaranteed for each apartment. We also offer bicycle rentals and a laundry room with coin-operated machines.
