Residenza Corte delle Rose is located in a peaceful and sunny position, about 1 km from the picturesque town of Garda and the resplendent beaches of Lake Garda. The complex is immersed in a large garden with olive trees, roses and oleanders. It consists of 16 apartments distributed in 4 buildings surrounding a large swimming pool. The 'Type A' apartments can be accommodated by 2/4 people; the 'Type B' apartments can accommodate up to 6 people. They are all furnished in a simple and functional manner, and equipped with every comfort: satellite TV, safe, independent heating and air conditioning. All the apartments of Residenza Corte delle Rose are located on two floors; on the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4 burner stove and microwave oven, a small bathroom and closet. The living room leads directly to the large garden that surrounds the pool. Each apartment has a balcony equipped with a patio table and chairs where you can dine and relax. A wooden staircase will lead you upstairs where there is a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom with a balcony (in the 'Type A' apartments). There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, with a balcony in the 'Type B' apartments. The pool is 10x20 meters wide with an area for children. It is furnished with sun beds and umbrellas. Nearby there are restaurants, pizzerias and food markets. The center of Garda is easily reachable by foot or the shuttle-bus service.
