The Residence Il Sogno is situated in an exclusive location, just a short distance from the historic town center of Desenzano and Lake Garda. The Residence has 22 apartments: 5 studio apartments, 10 2-room apartments, 6 three-room apartments, 1 four-room apartment, all with large balconies. They are divided into two categories Comfort (first to second floor) and Superior (third to fourth floor, recently renovated, and with a lake view). They are all furnished with the necessary bed and bath linens, a color satellite TV (on request), telephone with a direct line, safe, microwave oven, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and wireless Internet.
