The Residence Marina rises on the slopes of Monte Brione, on the North shore of the Lake Garda, at about 2 km from the town centre and at few walking minutes from the turist harbour San Nicolò and from the beach.   The Marina has 30 apartments elegantly furnished and provided with telephone, satellite TV, heating, balcony with lake view, terrace or small garden.   The quietness of the surrounding pinewood, protected natural area, wraps the swimming pool and the private garden. The price of the apartment includes:  bed linen and towels (1 change per week), final cleaning of the apartment, internet-point (Wi-Fi), electricity, hot water, heating, adequate kitchen equipment (cleaning products and tablecloths are not provided), satellite Tv, telephone (direct external-line), safe, hair-dryer, microwaves, garden, swimming pool, car park, wind-surf and bike deposit, bike wash, table tennis. At a supplement:  daily maid-service, token-operated washing machine.
