Residence Pratone is located not far from the marvelous and charming Punta San Vigilio, just 1.5 km from the town center of Garda. Surrounded by lush greenery, the residence is situated in a large garden. Through a private access of the village (about 500 meters) you will reach the beautiful shores of Lake Garda. Residence Pratone with its swimming pool for adults, pool for children and play area is the ideal place for a family vacation. All the apartments have a balcony or terrace equipped with a patio table and chairs. They also have a color TV with satellite channels and central heating. Several of the apartments are divided on two floors. There are several different types. The Type A two-room apartments and Type ST studio apartments, for 2-4 people have a large living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette, a bedroom with twin beds or a loft with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower (approximately 35 sq. meters). The Type B three-room apartments for 4-6 people have a large living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower (approximately 60 sq. meters). The Type C four-room apartments for 6-8 people have the same features as the type B apartments plus a bedroom or a loft that can sleep two (approximately 75 sq. meters). The garden crowned with olive trees complete the lovely setting for the spacious pool area for adults and one for the children. The solarium and manicured lawn are at our guests' disposal for their relaxation and enjoyment. The Residence has numbered parking (one car space per apartment). A restaurant, supermarket, bar and pizzeria are all nearby.
