Residence Roma overlooks an incredible and beautiful scenery. It is found by the enchanting bay of Val di Sogno, in Malcesine, on Lake Garda. The evergreen garden is where our pool overlooking the lake is located, with sun beds available for our guests, a children's pool, whirlpool and a playground area dedicated to children. Via our private path, our guests can access the beach; it is also the starting point of a walk along the lake that will take you to the town center of Malcesine in just 20 minutes. Primary services such as supermarkets, newsstands and cigarette shops are within walking distance. Residence Roma has a lounge area with bar service and TV. The complex has a bicycle storage room, and each apartment has its own parking space. Residence Roma has 27 apartments, furnished and equipped, of which some are completely renovated, that can accommodate up to five people. The apartments are located on three levels: terrace floor, ground floor and the first floor. They all have heating, kitchenette, satellite TV and a safe. The studio apartments for 2 people have a double sofa bed, while the apartments for 4 people have a bedroom or a mezzanine with 2 beds, while there is a double sofa bed in the living area. The studio apartments of type 4A also feature sofa bed for a possible fifth person. The Residence also has rooms that are offered with the apartment plan: linen, daily cleaning and housekeeping are handled by the guests. They are equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine and tableware, by request, for breakfast. A kitchenette is not included.
