Residence Villa Rosa, open all year round, is located about 1 km from the historic town of Garda. It is a structure immersed in greenery, a short walking distance from the beautiful Lake Garda and directly managed by the owners, the Bertamè family. Residence Villa Rosa is ideal not only for those seeking a relaxing holiday but also for those who prefer sports and outdoor activities. They following are at our guests' disposal: large swimming pool, children?s pool, garden-solarium, terrace-solarium, spacious garden with a park and lounge area, tennis courts, soccer, volleyball, badminton, bocce, table tennis, free entrance to our affiliated Fitness Center, a fitness trail with 15 stations, two playgrounds and a Mini-Club for your children. Residence Villa Rosa has 38 apartments, divided in 3 structures, for 1-3 or 2-4 or 4-6 people, and are all equipped with a complete bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and freezer, microwave-grill oven, safe box, satellite TV hookup, telephone, ceiling fan and a balcony or terrace. The services of the Residence also include: an international library (with over 600 books), laundry room with a coin operated washing machine and ironing, barbecue area, reception area with plenty of public space, bar/ice cream/sandwich shop with a large indoor dining room and outdoor poolside terrace, sat TV room and an internet point. We also offer a fully equipped Bike Center with a garage for bikes, specialized mountain bikes for rentals, small workshop, washing area and information. For our clients there is private parking within the residence and free reserved parking near the historical town center of Garda. There is a free shuttle service to the town of Garda and the nearest supermarket. The Residence is open all year round.
