Delibori wineries were founded in 1971 by two partners named Walter Delibori and Giorgio Cristoforetti. Both the Delibori and Cristoforetti families still own the wine making business thanks to an integrated system which starts with the cure for vineyards up to wine-making, bottling and wine selling.
The research for good quality and the awareness of the need to change the vineyard has brought both the Delibori and Cristoforetti families towards the progressive abandonment of the old vineyard and in favour of the guyot, with minor returns which are able to guarantee a better quality and longevity of the glass. At the same time, a plan concerning a model winery was drawn which goal was producing real good quality drinkable wines.
The head office is located in Calmasino di Bardolino, in the province of Verona.

Delibori wineries are equipped with the latest pressing technologies, soft treading of the grapes, fermentation temperature control device, filtering and membrane stability. All this in order to guarantee the product’s authenticity, to protect the quality of its values and maximum hygiene. The business is certified according to ISO 9000/2000 B.R.C. and UNI 10939
